Please synchronize your time with the Philippine Standard Time (PST) at www.pagasa.dost.gov.ph 1. Quotations may be submitted either typewritten (preferred) or handwritten. For Quotations sent thru E-mail, the file must be on a compressed folder (in .ZIP file format) which shall be password-protected.
