The Department of Tourism Region 8, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for a Training Provider / Resource Speaker on Corporate Communications on 23 - 25 March 2020 with an approved budget of Two Hundred Eighty - Five Thousand Pesos (Php 285, 000.00). Price validity shall be for a period not less than sixty (60) calendar days.
The procurement of Goods, Infrastructure Projects and Consulting Services, where the amount involved does not exceed the threshold prescribed in Annex "H" of the IRR will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
As such, bidders of known qualifications are invited to submit this quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 26 February 2020 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in this RFQ.
Prospective bidders who will submit a proposal with the lowest calculated and responsive offer shall be selected. A copy of the following documents is required along with your submission of your quotation / proposal:
1. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
2. Professional License or Curriculum Vitae;
3. PhilGEPs Registration Number;
4. Income / Business Tax Return; and
5. Omnibus Sworn Statement.
