The Metro Kalibo Water District, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for the Supply and Delivery of 8, 000 Liters Diesel Fuel for Generator Set of Various Pumping Stations in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP384, 000.00)

Delivery Date : Delivery of the goods is required within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order



The bidder-supplier shall likewise submit one (1) original copy and two (2) certified copies of the following documents to form part of the Eligibility/Technical Requirements:



1. *2020 Valid Mayor-s/ Business Permit (with proof of renewal in case of expired permit)

2. Proof of PhilGEPS Registration;

3. Conformance to the Schedule and Technical Requirements; and

4. Duly notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement. (With attached Secretary-s Certificate in case the bidder is a corporation)



*In case of expired Mayor-s Permit, a valid permit for the year 2020 shall be submitted by the winning bidder to the Procuring Entity prior to issuance of Notice of Award or Purchase Order.



Other Terms and Conditions:



1. FOB MKWD Libtong Pumping Station Storage Tank, Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan; and

2. Price is inclusive of VAT.



Bid opening shall be on February 21, 2020; 02:00 PM. Bidders shall enclose their bid and other requirements in a sealed envelope and must be submitted at Bids and Awards Committee, MKWD Admin. Building, Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue, Andagao, Kalibo, Aklan.



Price quotation/s must be valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest bid which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s.



The MKWD shall have the right to inspect and/or to test the goods to confirm their conformity to the technical specifications. The MKWD reserves the right to accept or reject quotation and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
