6. PHILGEPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, DTI REGISTRATION CERTIFACATE, SEC REGISTRATION CERTIFACATE, BUSINESS PERMIT, MAYORS PERMIT & TAX CLEARANCE SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION.

7. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT THE TECHNICAL ATTACHMENT SHOWING CERTIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED.

8. THE PROCUREMENT SERVICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY BID, TO ANNUL THE BIDDING PROCCESS AND TO REJECT ALL BIDS AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD, WITHOUT INCURRING ANY LIABILITY TO THE AFFECTED BIDDERS.
