Description : The Small Grants Program in Uruguay is a Program of the Ministry of the Environment (MVOTMA), Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR), implemented by the UNDP and financed by the GEF. It is being carried out in the country since 2005 and during which it has supported around 300 local organizations in the execution of more than 140 projects of environmental management and capacity building. Currently they are executingion twenty (20) projects. Ten (10) of them are located in the "Santa Lucia River Basin" landscape and have the objective of mitigating the negative effects of agricultural production on the quality of the Santa Lucia River, through the implementation of various agroecological practices by of family producers. The Santa Luca River is the source of drinking water for the Metropolitan area where 60% of the country's population lives. For theTherefore, the actions that are being implemented are of great importance from the point of view of the conservation of natural resources, in particular soils and waters, of the promotion of sustainable ways of life and production, as well as the local development of the communities that they live in the basin. This call is to select a proposal for the production of an audiovisual of each project and an audiovisual that synthesizes the actions of theten (10) projects.
