Description : The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission Regional Adjudication Branch No. XIII (HSAC-RABXIII), through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), intends to procure Covid 19 Response Supplies and Equipment (Air Purifier, Disinfection/Fogging Machine & Solution, Vitamin C & Face Mask), to be supplied and delivered in Purok 2, Arellano Real Estate Lessor Building, Doongan, Butuan City, ADN. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 107, 500.00) broken down into Lots on the attached Annex “A”.

The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Negotiated Procurement Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
