The National Defense College of the Philippines invites suppliers to send quotation for the hereunder project:



I. Name of Project:

NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES (NDCP) MASTER IN NATIONAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (MNSA) REGULAR COURSE 54 GLOBAL SECURITY AND DEVELOPMENT STUDY (GSDS) TO SOUTH KOREA ON 19-24 MAY 2019



II. Scope of Work/Components of the Project

The GSDS shall have the following components:

1. The approved budget per pax: P 131, 200.00.

2. Airfare for 5 participants (Manila-Incheon and Gimhae-Manila). All airline tickets and visa modifications, charges and costs incurred shall be borne by the travel agency.

3. Domestic transportation, as applicable (e.g. train, boat).

4. Processing and payment of visa requirement including transit visa.

5. Four-star hotel accommodation in South Korea. All hotel accommodation include free wifi, buffet breakfast, 2-pc suit per day press and laundry, welcome drinks, three (3) bottled water daily per person and fruit basket, basic toiletries, slippers, etc.

6. All meal requirements for delegation (+ 3 for representatives of ODAFA & Philippine Embassy); diet restrictions must be observed all throughout the trip including airlines, restaurants, etc. Equivalent total amount of all meals indicated as own arrangement of the delegation shall be reimbursed before the trip starts at USD20 per meal. All details of meals and restaurants must be approved by NDCP prior to the trip. Additional dinner on 19 May 2019 for twenty (20) OFWs at USD20 per pax.

7. All airport transfers and inland transportation (NDCP-NAIA-South Korea-NAIA-NDCP). Provision of bus per group with toilet facilities to shuttle delegation in South Korea.

8. Provision of special vehicle appropriate for Head of Mission (HOM) throughout the trip.

9. Travel insurance of not less than P500, 000.00 for the entire duration of the trip.

10. Airport and terminal fees.

11. Tour expenses; to include entrance fees and standard tipping.

12. One (1) pleasant, experienced, and very senior representative from travel agency to accompany each group; travel agency representative must have accompanied a group of 30 or more to the country of destination. (NOTE: NDCP reserves the right to screen the agency representative). Should provide individual audio tour guide earpiece/headset to facilitate group management.

13. Availability of local experienced tour guide and interpreter during mutually identified activities.

14. Availability of mobile phone, local sim card with appropriate load for call, text and wifi internet access.

15. Provide travel kit for all delegates.

16. Provide travel accessories, anti-pollution face mask and luggage cover, to which the NDCP will provide the design and specification.

17. Provide access to airline lounges for NDCP officials.

18. Bus drivers should be local residents of countries of destination, and speak the local and English languages.

19. Availability of medicines for common illness and emergency/medical services in cities to be visited.

20. Availability of daily bottled mineral water supply in the bus.

21. Please note that itineraries are subject to change depending upon the availability and confirmation of agencies and other places to be visited.



III. Payment Procedure



Full payment within two (2) months after completion of trip.



IV. Instruction to Suppliers

1. The NDCP will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, 22 April 2019 at 1:00PM at OP Conference Room, NDCP, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

2. Written queries or clarifications may be submitted addressed to Ms Gladys Pua through email: (proc.ndcp@gmail.com). The NDCP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify suppliers for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their quotations, reserves the right to reject any quotation, and to accept the offer it deems advantageous to the government, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier or Suppliers.
