Department of Education SDO Pasay City invites all interested parties to submit your quotation for the Project : Provision for Meals for the conduct of Training for DepED Personnel (Teaching) Financial Planning and Management. The service of two (2) heavy snack is good for 350 pax and two (2) snacks and lunch good for 20 pax on September 25, 2018. The event is to be held in SDO Conference Hall.



The Quotation must be received by the Committee not later than September 25, 2018; 2:00 p.m. at the BAC Secretariat Office, Padre Zamora Elem. School, Zamora St., Pasay. Bidder or their representative is given the option to witness the opening of price quotation submitted.



The Chairman reserves the right to reject any and all price quotation, to waive any defect of infirmity and assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate indemnity to prospective bidder for any expenses that occur in the preparation of price quotation and to accept the offer most advantageous to requesting unit.
