Dear Sirs, We ask you to provide your proposal for delivery and installation of greenhouses. We ask you to provide your duly signed and sealed price proposal on the company letterhead and additional details, as stated above, no later than 18.00 Tashkent time (GMT 5), October 2, 2018 .You can deliver your proposal physically in sealedenvelope in the United Nations building at: Taras Shevchenko, 4, Tashkent 100029, Uzbekistan. Alternatively, you can send your proposal by e-mail in .pdf format to bids.uz@undp.org. The proposal submitted by e-mail should not exceed 10 MB, contain viruses and consist of not more than three mailmessages. Otherwise, such Proposals will be rejected. Your application should contain the following link either on the envelope or in the subject line of the email: [RFQ / 051/18 - supply and installation of the greenhouse] Please follow these instructions and remember the timing. Proposals submitted in other ways or at other addresses will not be accepted.It is awarded a contract to a proposal that fully meets all requirements and contains the lowest price. UNDP reserves theright to conduct post-qualification actions by requesting additional documents / clarifications / information, if it considers it necessary. Any proposal that does not meet the requirements will be rejected.
