Description : This data analytics & machine learning research project is being commissioned by UNHCR to inform a comprehensive outreach and communications strategy. The product will provide our public information unit, government relations unit, and Goodwill Ambassador team with a tool that will help guide engagement and outreach for the next twelve months.The data analysis and accompanying research will be integral to UNHCR in building and executing an informed, targeted, and impactful engagement and outreach effort in the United States.This research product will create individualized profiles for engagement, identify targetmarkets, messages that work with those audiences, communication mediums that offer the best return on investment, and will help identify spokespeople, champions, and groups who would have the greatest impact on primary audiences.
