Dear Sir / Madam:We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for providing research, advisory, and training services in identifying a disbursement mechanism and procedures for the development of a Road Map for Development of Extension Services Centers designed for the existing pilot Extension Service Centers in Karakalpakstan.Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.
