Description : 1. Purpose

1.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services ("RFPS") is to invite proposals for RFP for Institutional Consultancy for Capacity Building on Strategic Litigation for Children in Conflict with the Law in Myanmar as fully detailed in the [Terms of Reference/ Statement of Work attached at Annex B]

2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening

2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 10 April 2020, Friday - 15:00 Hours (Myanmar Local Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2020-9156937 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 10 April 2020, Friday - 15:00 Hours [Myanmar Local Time]. No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated. Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time. Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
