Description : The Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Human Resources section at the International Trade Centre (ITC) is looking for a provider to support the production of educational videos and manuals. The ITC employees will use these educational materials to increase their level of competence in doing daily tasks.

Following the "ONE-ITC Sustainable Growth" initiative, in 2019 a bespoke programme called Bundle Training introduced the idea of a modular learning plan, delivered in a classroom format over one week, where each module is an ITC internal process taught by an ITC Subject Matter Expert (SME). The participants were able to tailor their learning experience by selecting only those modules that were relevant to their area of work or those where they were lacking knowledge / needed support. The programme`s intended impact was staff members benefiting from increased competence in using internal processes, policies and tools. The outcome of the Bundle Training was an improved enabling environment for job performance, increased accountability & delivery, and increased knowledge that will support better planning.

Following the feedback from the sessions, a few Modules can now be converted into video-tutorials, videos & manuals. The staff members can benefit from these when there is a simple task to execute a simple description of a process, tool or policy and the intervention of a classroom trainer is not required.
