Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the development and implementation of a campaign that aims to reduce discrimination against key populations to remove barriers in accessing HIV prevention services. This planned campaign will be aligned to the global 'Respect and Dignity' campaign released by UNAIDS communications but with content that is tailor-fitted to the Myanmar audience.UNAIDS is an organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are therefore requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet UNAIDS requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
