The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) is announcing the Request for Proposals (RFP) process in order to implement the projects titled ‘Functional Review of oblast level government administration (Lot 1) and ‘Creation of a comprehensive register of state functions (Lot 2).Detailed information is given in the attached Request for Proposals package.Instructions: Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the UNDP Office situated at 14 A. Mambetov Street, Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan; and it should be addressed to Ms. Nurgul Murzagaliyeva, Procurement Associate. The deadline for submission of proposals is Friday, 10 August 2018, 12:00 Astana time. Important: There will be pre-bid conference via skype on 30 July from 14:00 till 15:00 Astana time for the tenderers.
