K?inga Ora - Homes and Communities (K?inga Ora) invites Responses from Respondents to the RFP for the national supply of materials for use within our existing and future national portfolio of residential properties. The purpose of this RFP is for select suppliers for the supply of materials to be used not only in the maintenance of K?inga Ora`s national portfolio of residential properties but also in K?inga Ora`s annual capital improvement, and new build and development programmes.



We are approaching the market with our consolidated volumes across maintenance and new build and would like to be able to specify which materials will be used within our property portfolio. We want one distribution channel for our Maintenance Partners and a flexible approach for Build Partners. We are looking for a partnership and a collaborative relationship.
