Tender Details

Tender are invited for Consulting services for the purpose of selecting a sole or multiple service provider(s) through a competitive rfp process, including but not limited to : . Assist with development of an rfp based on provider bids as a sole provider and/or as one of multiple providers for all one or more retirement savings plans; b. Identify possible recipients of the rfp for the city to distribute the rfp to; c. Assist with analyzing and evaluating proposals received and make recommendations on selection of provider(s) and fund options; d. Assist with contract negotiations for selected provider(s); e. Make recommendations and assist in developing transitional materials and employee communications; 2 assist the city in updating the city's deferred compensation plan document; 3. Assist the city with establishing an investment policy; 4. Assist the city with implementing the 401a plan; 5. At the city's option, provide ongoing consulting services to assist the city in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility in administering its retirement plans, including, but not limited to, reviewing plan performance against the city's investment policy, and make recommendations for fund changes.
