Work includes, develop one comprehensive and clearly-articulated environmental sustainability policy and plan to support strategic plans and promote organizational values, with a focus on environmental stewardship, this plan will assess baseline conditions and establish, goals, objectives, actions and targets for future sustainability efforts, the consultant shall perform the following minimum services, gather stakeholder input throughout the process; develop an agency-wide sustainability policy.
