Tender Details

Tender are invited for The work is generally described as follows : using the construction manager at risk (CMAR) project delivery method, provide design phase (part 1), and if a GMP is agree to, the construction phase (part 2) services for the installation of a redundant secondary 46-FT diameter circular clarifier inside of a new secondary clarifier building. The existing return activated sludge and waste activated sludge pumps will be connected so they can be used with either clarifier. New return activated sludge and waste activated sludge pumps will not be required. The existing rectangular clarifier will be abandoned and the existing 52-FT diameter circular clarifier will provide further redundancy.




Notes : A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 2 : 00 pm local time on August 9, 2018 at the Mt. Crested Butte Water and Sanitation District, 100 Gothic Road, Mt Crested Butte, Colorado 81225. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference will disqualify a potential proposer.
