Summary Details:
The RFI Insurance document is for smaller or less complex projects that may have a more immediate start time requirement, it has been Interior Health experience that there can be a delay in the proper documents being submitted to vendors awaiting final information from their insurance broker, resulting in a delayed project start up.
The purpose of issuing this RFI is to collect company information required prior to allowing work to commence on any of Interior Health's sites. It is the intent of Interior Health to maintain this data base with current information to expedite the hire process.
Vendor's are invited to respond to this RFI by submitting a completed response sheet and the completed Certificate Of Insurance form to construction.bids@interiorhealth.ca.
