Description: The Ministry of Defence's Materiel & Procurement Agency (FMI) plans to offer a framework agreement to cover the Armed Forces' needs for national and international bus transport.
The Armed Forces has a number of buses that are used to transport e.g. soldiers and their equipment, and the framework agreement is therefore only a supplement to the transport that the Armed Forces cannot be responsible for.
The transport agreement must i.a. used to drive soldiers to shooting ranges, exercises and the like around Denmark. For these transports, there will often be a need to include both large and small amounts of luggage. In addition, there will also be various forms of special transport, including of music corps and VIP-s.
FMI wants to gain an in-depth knowledge of the market for bus transport, in order to be able to plan a future tender. Interested participants can contact Christian Nielsen, fmi-sd-aam08@mil.dk for more information and material. Deadline for answers is Monday, December 21, 2020, at 13.00.
