The Invitation to submit a Proposal (IFP) under FAO project GCP/UKR/028/ITA aims to support the revitalization and resilience of the wine value chain in Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. The selected service provider will be responsible for organizing domestic and international study tours, facilitating peer exchanges, delivering technical consultations, and supporting the development of Geographical Indications (GI) for smallholder wine producers. These activities are designed to enhance producers' technical and business capacities, promote innovation, and improve access to local and international markets, contributing to inclusive rural development and economic recovery in southern Ukraine.Important: This tender is open only to organizations that submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) under reference number 2025/FEUKR/FEUKR/132600. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the UNGM portal. Submissions sent by email will not be accepted and will result in automatic disqualification. The deadline for submission is 12 October 2025 at 23:59 Kyiv time. Only eligible and properly submitted proposals will be considered for evaluation.
