Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Review of Swade Financial Policies and Procedures Manual.

SWADE invites sealed Tenders from eligible consultancy companies for the service provision. Tendering will be conducted through Quality and Cost Base Selection (QCBS) procedures specified in the Procurement Guidelines, 2010 and policies laid down by the Swaziland Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (SPPRA). These Public Procurement Regulations are issued in accordance with the Terms of Section 65 of the Public Procurement Act, 2011. A complete set of the Tender document in English may be downloaded from our website, www.swade.co.sz and the SPPRA’s website at www.sppra.co.sz. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00am, 23 rd November 2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the tender opening at the Conference Room of the SWADE Office at Mbabane, immediately after tender closing on the 23rd November 2018.
