Tender Details

The subject of the competition is the planning of an educational, cultural and sports center including a fairground near the historic village center of Irxleben near Magdeburg. As part of the competition, the following construction measures are to be planned on two designated construction sites with a total of around 14, 000 m21. New construction of an after-school care building for 225 children including outdoor facilities (NUF approx. 1, 200 m2) 2. New construction of a community center with a large event hall (NUF approx. 720 m2 plus sanitary facilities) 3. Conversion of the existing day-care center building to a club house and demolition of the existing clubhouse (NUF approx. 350 m2) and creation of flexibly usable office and work space in the reserve areas of the stock 4. Planning of a meeting place in the listed half-timbered building Helmstedter Strasse 25 5. Creation of a high-quality new fairground including planning of the stationary traffic andnecessary access roads.

For the entire project, which is to be implemented in construction stages, total construction costs (KG 200-700) of around €11.9 million gross are currently assumed (of which around €9.3 million gross for KG 300-500). Commissioning includes - for the entire project -the service phases 2-9 according to HOAI (object planning and outdoor facilities), which are commissioned in stages and object-related, provided that there is no important reason for the commission (§ 8 Para. 2 RPW) and as far as and as soon as the task on which the competition is based is to be implemented. right in...
