Short description : The overall purpose of the project is to contribute to more knowledge about how more immigrants with a background of refugees, and family reunions to them, can maintain a lasting connection with working life. To achieve this, the Directorate for Integration and Diversity (IMDi) and the Labor and Welfare DirectorateThe Department of Education (AVdir) needs a qualitatively oriented study that: * investigates causes of job losses and barriers to permanent attachment. * increases understanding of various mechanisms that apply in this group's connection with working life over time. * describes mechanismswhich is applicable at group level and not only at the individual level. * Explains the problem from the group's perspective. * Explains the problem from an employer perspective.
