NOTICE TO ALL PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS:

The Department of Information and Communications Technology Office (DICT), through its Committee for Small Value Procurement intends to procure the supply and delivery of Air Cargo and Hauling Services of 4 packages of Thin Client Equipment (Zamboanga City, Cagayan De Oro City, Davao City and Cebu City).

As such, the provider or supplier of known qualifications is hereby invited to submit their quotations/price proposals not later than 24 July 2018.

The service provider must submit the following requirements:

1. Mayor-s Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located;

2. BIR Registration Certificate; and

3. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate.
