1 Project Description 1.1 Background the City of Selkirk is Interested in Installing a Solar Panel System at the Selkirk Rec Complex and Taking Part in Manitoba Hydro\'S Solar Energy Program. the City is Looking at Receiving the Maximum Rebate of $200, 000 and Would be Relying on the Knowledge and Expertise of the Successful Bidder in Acting As the Liaise Between the City and Manitoba Hydro in Order to Qualify for the Maximum Rebate. 1.2 Project Description Request for Proposal to Supply and Install Solar Panels at the Selkirk Rec Complex. 1.3 Scope of Work the Following Components And/Or Specifications Must be Adhered To: the Awarded Bid Must Adhere to All Terms and Conditions of Manitoba Hydro\'S Solar Energy Program. Deadline of April 30, 2018 to have Application Submitted to Manitoba Hydro. Assist the City with the Application to Manitoba Hydro\'S Solar Energy Program. Install the Solar Panels Prior to December 31St, 2018. Building As-Built Data is Available Upon Request. Contractor to Provide List of Manufacturers. Contractor to Provide List of Any and All Subcontractors. Contractor to Provide List of Any and All (3 Preferably) Projects of Similar Size and Application, with Reference. Pre-Bid Site Visit Available Upon Request. Successful Contractor to Obtain City of Selkirk Business Licence. the City of Selkirk Reserves the Right to Reassess the Financial Viability of the Project in the Event that the Solar Application is Denied (Regardless of Why, Ie.
