Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Radio Broadcasting Services.

Chemonics International Inc. operating locally as Chemonics Soma Umenye LLC (hereinafter
referred to as ?Chemonics?), under the Soma Umenye project, United States Agency for
International Development (USAID) Contract No. AID-OAA-I-14-00055, Task Order No. AID696-TO-16-00001, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an as-need Radio Broadcasting
Services. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.
Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP.
Questions to the Rwanda Soma Umenye Procurement Team must be sent
to SUProcurement@soma-umenye.org in accordance with the instructions in 1.7 of the RFP. If
necessary, Chemonics will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment
that will be posted to the website where this RFP was published.
This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute an IQS nor does it commit Chemonics to pay
any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics
reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest
of Chemonics.
