You are invited to submit your proposal for the mid-term evaluation of the Prevention of Radicalization and Violent Extremism Program (PROPEV) Please refer to the following appendices for the preparation of your submission: - Annex I: Description of UNDP Requirements - Annex II: Terms of Reference (TORs) -Annex III: Service Provider Submission Form - Annex IV: GeneralConditions - Annex V: Technical Bid Evaluation Criteria Submissions, under cover, may beplaced in the urn located at the security guards / UNDP at the entrance of the white villa until 24 December 2019, 12 hours from N`Djamena, at the latest.
