this request for pre-qualification (rfpq) has been issued on behalf of the board of education of school district # 43 (coquitlam) ("the client") by core two ("the client representative) and invites responses for the purpose of pre-qualifying up to ten (10) respondents to form the list of pre-qualified general contractors for future category 3 projects. The successful respondents who are included on the list of pre-qualified general contractors for future category 3 projects may then be invited by the client to participate in a selection process for the provision of general contractor services as projects are determined over a three (3) year period.

the client has a number of future capital projects for which they wish to have contractors bid for in a competitive capacity and require a list of pre-qualified general contractors that meet the pre-qualification criteria.

this rfpq invites prospective, interested and experienced respondents to participate in response to the pre-qualification notice.

based on the review of the rfpq responses, a list of prequalified general contractors will be generated who may be asked to respond to tenders for provision of works meeting one or more of the descriptions.
