Description : The RFI is being issued as NTNU the Norwegian University of Science and Technology] NanoLab plans to procure a silicon etcher that is able to perform high aspect ratio etching in a controlled manner with minimal side wall roughness. This instrument will be installed in NTNU NanoLab-s classification 100 clean room. The instrument will be used in connection with learning, research and development and will be used for a number of purposes. The sample size will be four inch wafers and less.
