Description : UNOPS Ehiopia Operational Hub on behalf of the Ministry of Education in Ethiopia (MOE) is seeking to build a Closed User Group, end-to-end solution, that will allow the Ministry to connect, collect or deliver data (including, text, audio and video) to secondary schools (about 1500schools) across the country. This process is for identifying the major actors, their technology and capability with an indicative budget for the service or workTherefore, vendors who have experience in designing, installing, providing and Administering/ managing similar systems are, hereby, invited to participate in this process so that the UNOPS can identify the major actors in the sector who can effectively provide the service.Scope the service is expecte to include but not limited to Design and develop suitable delivery architecture, Connect 1500 disparately located sites across Ethiopia and Train ministry installers to deploy the infrastructure -----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
