General Terms and Conditions for Submissions (1) Photographers Are Responsible to Ensure Ownership of Submitted Images (2) Photographers Are Responsible to Ensure Subject Permissions and Model Release, Including Those for Subjects 19 Years of Age (3) Images will be for Unlimited Non-Commercial Use by the Village for Print and on Cumberland.Ca (4) the Village will Only Respond to Photographers Whose Images Are Selected by the Village for the Purpose of Entering Into a Contact for Use (5) the Village will Select Preferred Images at Its Own Discretion (6) Compensation is $100 Per Image Under a Contract for Unlimited Non-Commercial Use by the Village (7) the Village will Not Retain Images that Are Not Selected and will Delete These Images from Its Records (8) Images Must Not Focus on a Specific Business or Commercial Brand, Logo or Signage (9) Preferred Images will Endure over Time (10) Image Copyright will Remain with the Owner/Photographer (11) Image Credit will Not be Provided (12) the Terms and Conditions of Image Submission is Set out in Appendix A.
