Objectives: the Objectives of This Loi/Rfi Are To: 1) Identify Potential Solutions and Gain Insight Into Current Industry Capacity and Capabilities Regarding Reservation Systems to Enhance the Digital Experience of Visitors to Parks Canada Places. 2) Allow Potential Suppliers to Comment on the Clarity of the Requirement As Currently Expressed. 3) to Identify Solution which Complies with the Loi/Rfi Specifications Described in Annex C, Future Functionality. 4) Allow Potential Suppliers to Offer Suggestions Regarding Any Potential Alternative Solutions that Would Meet the Requirement. 5) the Information Gathered May be used for Planning Purposes and Refining the Procurement Strategy, Such As But Not Limited to Drafting Performance Specifications, there is No Guarantee that Subsequent Contract will be Awarded Format of Responses Requested: Respondents Are Requested to Provide Their Documentation in Response to Annex D Questions to Industry As Well As Any Additional Comments, Raise Any Concerns and where Applicable, Propose Alternative Recommendations Regarding How the Requirements or Objectives Described in This Rfi Could be Satisfied.
