Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a mission of: Consultation for a Gender Study in the Administrative and Associative Sectors on 16 border municipalities of the country as part of the implementation Implementation of a Support Project for Local Governance and Territorial Development, as described in detail in the termsof reference.You will find attached the following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of Reference, Annex 2- Confirmation Interest and Financial Offer, Appendix 3 - General Conditions, Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria. Proposal must include: Signed confirmation of interest, including detailed financial proposale) The detailed CV The technical proposal: a brief description of whythe person considers himself the most fit to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodology on how it will address and complete the task; At least three (3) professional references; Copy of diplomas.When establishedt your proposal, please use the annexes attached to this publication. Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than 25 July 2019. Female applications are strongly recommended.
