Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a mission of: Consultation for a Female Representation in the Territorial Public Administration at the level of the 12 Border Municipalities of the Country within the framework of the implementation of a Local Governance Support Project and DeveloTerritorial, as described in detail inthe terms of reference.The following documents are attached: 1.
