REPOST Procurement of Food, Venue, and Accommodation in the conduct of Public Hearing on the Proposed Guidelines on International Off-Campus Activity for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies

A Mindanao wide Public Hearing on the Proposed Guidelines on International Off-Campus Activity for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies. Expected participants will be 120 representatives from selected HEIs from Regions Xl, X, Xll, and CARAGA on October 3, 2019.

Activity will be needing the following services:

a) Food and Venue (October 3, 2019)

AM snacks (plated) good for 120 pax

Lunch, buffet, assisted

PM snacks ( packed) good for 120 paxs

Dinner, good for 10 paxs

*flowing coffee, potable water with corresponding utensils should be available at all times

NOTE: LUNCH at least 5 course meal, NO pork, with fish but NOT CREAM DORY, chicken, beef, vegetable, dessert,

drinks

b) Accommodation (October 2-3, 2019)

*twin sharing, 5 rooms

Deadline of Submission is until September 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM along with the following eligibility requirements:

1. Updated Mayor-s/Business Permit

2. Tax Clearance per E.O. 398, s. 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR

3. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration
