REPOST: Procurement of Food, Venue, and Accommodation in the conduct of Capacity Building Workshop for Journal Editors, Researchers, and Faculty, September 2-6, 2019

This 3-day activity shall be conducted by the Office of the Planning, Research, and Knowledge Management (OPKRM) in closed coordination with the Officials of CHED Regional Office 10.

The said activity will be needing the following:

1. Food and Venue

*venue must be well lighted, good quality sound system and wide provision for parking lot

2. Accommodation (4 days and 3 nights)

*25 twin sharing rooms

*6 single bed rooms

Other Information

Deadline of Submission is until August 28, 2019 at 9:00 PM along with the following eligibility requirements:

1. Registration Certificate from SEC, DTI for Sole Proprietorship, or CDA for Cooperatives

2. Updated Mayor-s/Business Permit

3. Tax Clearance per E.O. 398, s. 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR

4. Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration
