Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Replacement and Upgrade of CSSD Medical Air Handling Unit at Orthopedic Hospital at Aspire Zone.

Tender Bond: QAR 25000/-.

Tender Fees: QAR 200/-.

Tender documents for the above Projects are available for collection from Aspire Zone Foundation General Tender Committee Office from 7:30AM to 12:00PM (Tel No. 44136764) located at Aspire Zone New office Located inside Aspire Park behind Villaggio Mall & next to Hamad Aquatic Center) upon presentation of a formal letter of authorization on Company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, copy of the Commercial Registration, copy of the ID, and a stamped receipt for the non-refundable documentation fee (as mentioned above) which should be paid to Qatar National Bank. Account No. 0013-043967-001 (ASPIRE ZONE LOGISTICS).

In case of purchasing more than one tender, a separate bank receipt should be submitted for each tender Pre-Bid meeting for the above tender is tentatively scheduled on 24 July 2018 interested companies are advised to purchase the tender document(s) before that date in order to be able to attend the meeting. The exact date, time and venue shall be notified in due course of time.

Submission of Tenders shall follow the TWO-ENVELOPE bidding system, i.e., the Technical offer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and the Commercial offer in another sealed envelope Tenders should be accompanied with a Tender Bond as stated above and in accordance with the specimen form attached with the tender document issued as a Bank Guarantee from one of the local Banks registered in Qatar valid for 120 days from date of opening of tenders. The Successful Tenderer will be required to submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the Contract Sum, which will remain valid till (90) days after completion of the Contract / Maintenance period.

Aspire Zone has the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the Goods/Works/Services up to 20% of the contract amount and adjust the contract amount accordingly.

Aspire Zone has the right to split the award of the tender.

The Closing time will be at 12:00 Noon, on the dosing date mentioned above: any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.

Tenders are to be submitted in triplicate (1 Original + 2 Copies) in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Chairman of Aspire Zone Foundation, General Tender Committee as endorsed in Arabic and English and deposited in the Tender Box of Aspire Zone Foundation Tender Committee.
