General Procurement Notice for Repair of M-05 Kyiv-Odessa Road on the Section km 87+442 - km 128+028, Consultancy Services for Technical Supervision of M-05 Kyiv-Odessa Road Repair Works on the Section km 87+442 - km 128+028 & Construction of separate-grade traffic interchanges on M01 Kyiv - Chernigiv - Novy Yarylovychi Road (km 23+150; km 27+580; km 36+482; km 40+330; km 83+200), as well as pedestrian bridges on M06 Kyiv - Chop Road.

GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE

PAN-EUROPEAN CORRIDORS PROJECT

This notice is an update to the General Procurement Notice for this Project which was originally published in Procurement Opportunities on 7 July 2014 and updated on 17 January 2018.

The State Road Agency of Ukraine (UKRAVTODOR) has received the loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank (Banks) towards the cost of the Pan-European Corridors project and intends to use the proceeds of loans for procurement of the following remaining contracts:

Repair of M-05 Kyiv-Odessa Road on the Section km 87+442 - km 128+028;
Consultancy Services for Technical Supervision of M-05 Kyiv-Odessa Road Repair Works on the Section km 87+442 - km 128+028;
Construction of separate-grade traffic interchanges on M01 Kyiv - Chernigiv - Novy Yarylovychi Road (km 23+150; km 27+580; km 36+482; km 40+330; km 83+200), as well as pedestrian bridges on M06 Kyiv - Chop Road.
Tendering process for the above mentioned projects is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2019.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loans from Banks will be subject to the Banks- Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Banks- loans will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser-s country.
