Description : INVITATION TO BID

FOR THE

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE-TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (RESCUE VEHICLE)

1. The Barangay Government of Bagting, in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, through the 5% BDRRM Fund (reprogrammed-FY 2020-2023), intends to apply the sum of one hundred thirty thousand pesos only (130, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and is duly approved by the respective Sanggunian, to payments under the contract for the procurement project, Repair & Maintenance-Transportation Equipment (Rescue Vehicle).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Government of Bagting now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
