Description : 1. BARANGAY HAGONOY through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the above-mentioned project with the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 300, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CCTV CAMERA, CABLING AND SYSTEM.

2. Prospective bidders should have undertaken a similar project within one (1) year from the date of bidding and accredited.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding process using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired from the given details above.

5. All bids must accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14.

6. The Eligibility Statement and Screening Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its IRR.
