Description : REPAINTING OF PROVINCIAL CONVENTION CENTER

Capitol Compound, Surigao City

1. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the 8971-LIVELIHOOD (NATIONAL WEALTH), 2024 SB3 GF AO 04 S 2024 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION (1-07-04-990) OTHER STRUCTURES intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos (Php 1, 639, 959.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAINTING OF PROVINCIAL CONVENTION CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
