Reorganization and resizing of the paper archives of the fedro sites in ittigen (bern) and murifeld (berne).
The paper archives of the fedro sites in ittigen and murifeld (bern) are laid down in accordance with the legal requirements (federal law on archiving, instructions concerning the management of documents in the federal administration, instructions concerning the obligation to propose documents and the release of documents to the federal archives) and directivesorganization (do). The mandate includes the restructuring, archiving, digitization, preparation for destruction and payment to the federal archives. The following quantities are planned: 110 linear meters will be scanned, 439 linear meters destroyed and 200 linear meters for the federal archives. In the astra archives remain about 1400 metersthis is to develop a concept for the future classification and management of centralized paper archives at the ittigen / berne site.

C2: key people weighting 35% broken down as follows: - project manager, p20% - replacement of the project leader, weighting of 15% each key person is evaluated: - two comparable reference projects in the field of archiving c3: task and risk analysis, procedure, organization chart weighting 35 % broken down as follows: - analysis of tasks and risks, planned procedure and assessment of the loadravail, incl. Distribution of hours; 25% weighting - organizational chart and explanations; weighting of 10% are evaluated: - the analysis of the tasks and the procedure proposed to fulfill them; - the adequacy of the organization with that stipulated in the specifications, the skills (training, specific knowledge) of the collaborattheir mandates as well as explanations of the organization. Comments: price evaluation the lowest-price bid is awarded the maximum score (5). Offers with a price that exceeds 100% or more of this offer are rated 0. In both cases, the valuation is linear (rounded to two decimal places). The eventuthe proposed discounts are not taken into account in the price evaluation.
