Reorganization and redimensioning of paper archives at astra locations ittigen (bern) and murifeld (bern)
the paper stocks of astra locations in ittigen and murifeld (berne) comply with the legal requirements (federal act on archiving, directive on the filing of documents in bv, instructions on the obligations of suppliers and the submission of documents to the federal archives) and organizational regulations (ov) adjusted. The order includes the restructuringg, archiving, digitization, preparation for destruction and the separation from the federal archives. It is anticipated that 110 linear meters will be digitized, 439 meters will be destroyed and 200 meters will be separated from the federal archives. In the archives astra remain about 1400 meters. Next is a concept for the future filing and management of the central paper archive at the ittigen / bern location.

the details regarding the award criteria must be submitted together with the (pre-set) tender documents: cc1: price weighting 30% assessment of the total price. Zk2: key persons weighting 35% subdivided into: - project leader, weighting 20% - project leader stv., weighting 15% each key person evaluates: - two comparable refereesarchiving project zk3: task and risk co-analysis, approach, organizational chart; weighting 35% submitted in: - task and risk analysis, process concept and cost estimate incl. Distribution of hours; weighting 25% - organizational chart and organization notes; weighting 10% the following will be evaluated: - the analysis of own tasks and dit proposes a procedure to master the tasks, as well as the plausibility of the cost estimate incl. Distribution of the hours with regard to the intended tasks. - the agreement of the organization with the planned organization of the specification, the competences (training, expertise) of the staff employed and the explanations of the organizationation. Definitions: price evaluationthe lowest adjusted offer receives the maximum mark (5). Offers, which are 100% or more above the lowest bid, receive the grade 0. In between, the rating will be linear (rounded to 2 digits after the decimal point).
