object of the contract : rental of storage tanks and supply of co2-lot no.1: nice, coastline, middle country, right bank sector - lot no.2: tinee and vesubie valleys place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: scope of intervention of the regie eau d`azur 06203 nice possibility of presenting an offer for: one or more lots information about lots: lot n1: sector nice, coastline, middle country, right bank in the sector concerned by this lot, 2 factories use co2: the jean favre factory in nice (1 11-ton tank for an average annual consumption of 8 tonnes of co2) the super rimiez factory in nice (2 tanks 10 tonnes each for an average annual consumption of 12 tonnes of co2) these factories use co2 as an acidifier, carbonic acid forms allowing an adjustment of the coagulation / flocculation ph compatible with the coagulant used(aluminum salt). Lot n2: valleys of tinee and vesubie in the sector concerned by this lot, 1 factory uses co2: the isola 2000 production plant in the tinee valley (1 tank of 10 tonnes for an average annual consumption of 10 tonnes of co2) this factory uses co2 in addition to calcium carbonate to ensure a remineralisation of the water of the too soft resource. Main features : the consultation is pastee by procedure adapted in application of article r2123-1 1 of the public order code rea operates 3 production plants that use co2 during their treatment process. The purpose of the framework agreement is the rental of storage tanks and the supply of co2 for these factories. Quantity or extent: the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement to purchase orders, in application of article r2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public order code, the services of whichwe may vary as follows: lot 1: - minimum annual amount: 15, 000 eurht (or 60, 000 eurht over the total duration of the framework agreement) - maximum annual amount: 80, 000 eurht (or 320, 000 eurht on the total duration of the framework agreement) lot 2- minimum annual amount: 5, 000 eurht (i.e. 20, 000 eurht over the total duration of the framework agreement) - maximum annual amount: 20, 000 eurht (i.e. 80, 000 eurht over the duration total of the framework agreement) the notice implies the establishmentement of a framework agreement useful information deadline for receipt of offers: 03/20/2020 at 12h00 minimum period of validity of offers: 120 days
