Description : The BSR-AN of Rabat hereby expresses its interest in renting a building for its premises for a period of 5 years with the possibility of renewal for several years. The building should have at least one professional space of at least 500 m regardless of the parking space required for official office vehicles as well as those of staff members. The ECA Office for North Africa is located in Rabat, Maroc, and serves seven member states: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan and Tunisia. The main objective of the Office is to contribute to the achievement of structural transformation and balanced development through the creation of an environment conducive to the creation of jobs for women and young people in North Africa. Its main functions are as follows: 1. Strengthen the capacity of the Statests members of the sub-region to design and implement national policies and strategies for sustainable job creation; 2. Contribute to the implementation of sub-regional development priorities in accordance with the 2030 Agenda and the 2063 Agenda, taking due account of youth and gender issues; 3.
