Quotation are invited for Rent of Pick up ( 4X4 Wheel Drive) Vehicle with Driver
Rent vehicles for DRC Baaj
1. Rent of Pick up ( 4X4 wheel drive) vehicle with driver.
2. Should be not older than 2016 and has a less than 130, 000 km move upon application of this tender.
3. A copy of valid driving license, vehicle registration will be attached with this RFQ, and an official Power of attorney if the names of registered vehicle and bidder are not the same.
4. The owner will be responsible for Fuel, insurance, maintenance, taxing and any other official issues related to him and the vehicle.
5. The vehicle should have at least 5 seats, seatbelt for all seats working, AC working in road worthy conditions 6. Driver and the vehicle work five 5 days a week, with possible more days upon needs.
7. The working place will be Baaj.
8., drivinging to surrounding areas. It might travel to Talafer and Mosul.
9. The successful bidders will enter into agreement with DRC for one year.
