Tender are invited for Renovation of the Seene House The project consists of the renovation of one (1) existing building The work includes activities such as demolition, concrete structures, masonry, metallic structures, pre-fabricated materials, finishing, utilities, connectivity, and exterior works. This facility shall have electrical, communications system, internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, and finishes The estimated period of performance is 270 calendar days.
