Description
This solicitation is designated a 100% HUBZone Small Business set aside. A
single award acquisition will be made. The awardee must be HUBZone
certified at time of award.
The project consists of one line item.
Line item one: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials,
tools, equipment, apparatus, and transportation required to; RENOVATE/ADD FOR AGE SHOP/OFFICES, B129. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, apparatus, testing, and transportation required to renovate a portion of Hangar 129 in accordance with the specifications and drawings contained in Section J, List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments. This includes the remolding the C-17 AGE (Aerospace Ground Equipment) shops, offices, bathrooms, storage rooms, outdoor equipment parking, maintenance bays, and security storage space. This includes the requirement for an equipment wash bay.. No award will be made until funds are available. The project site is located at the 911th AW (AFRC).
Line item two: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, apparatus, testing, and transportation required to build a 550 sq ft addition to the building for aircraft jack stand tester which requires a substantial concrete foundation. Include foundation, floor masonry wall, metal siding, structural steel, standing seam roof, unit heater, cooling steel door, extend fire sprinklers, lighting and electric receptacles in accordance with the specifications and drawings contained in Section J, List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments.
